Just wanted to let you know that the service I received for my Precor 9.33 treadmill from Body Dynamics Fitness Equipment, your dealer in Rockford, IL, has been outstanding.  I have a fuse that keeps going out disabling the incline function.  Their response has been prompt, professional and gracious.  Yesterday the fuse went out again.  The 1/3 mile-long driveway up to our organic farm was nearly impassable due to snow.  Nevertheless, the owner of the dealership stopped out, parked his truck part way up the drive, and trudged through the snow.  When he backed his truck down the drive to leave he got stuck in a snowdrift.  Through all he maintained his cool and composure.  Needless to say he has a very appreciative customer here at the farm.  I will recommend his shop to anyone I know who is shopping for fitness equipment.  You are fortunate to have people like the guys at Body Dynamics in your dealer network. - David C.
